our get-togethers are for everyone, whether you’re vegan, raw vegan – or just curious.
Bring friends, too – the more the merrier!
We meet once a month, on a Sunday, at 1 pm, have fun, and share lovely raw vegan pot luck food. It’s a very friendly group, and newcomers are always welcome; a great way to connect with like-minded people, interested in health and well-being.
There is no charge – we just ask that you bring a raw vegan dish to share. We also like you to include a list of ingredients, just in case anyone has any allergies.
If you are new to raw food, or are not sure what to bring, a simple salad or fresh fruit would be perfect. Everything will be gratefully received and enjoyed.
Eating more fresh, unprocessed, raw and living, plant-based food is the easiest way to maintain optimal health and weight, increase energy, slow the ageing process, and help prevent disease.
Leafy greens, vegetables, fruits, herbs, nuts, seeds, sprouts, sea vegetables and fermented foods, are all prime examples.
