ABOUT

LC Fitness & Nutrition designed approach to nutritional support programs is based on introducing productive foods that heal and nourish the body while reducing foods that are unproductive to our health and well being. More importantly, a focus on liver support. To help protect us, our liver holds on to many toxins and viruses that cause us issues, reducing the liver’s ability to function optimally. Reduce the overall viral load and look at creating a more alkaline internal environment reducing overall inflammation, to help prevent and reduce most lifestyle disease. We do this together incorporating the methods and protocols of the ’medium medium’ Anthony Williams.

 

Working together in a one to one environment for eight weeks or more, if needed, builds trust and confidence.
