YIN YOGA CLASSES

In these classes we will discuss how to activate the parasympathetic and turn off the sympathetic systems; a critical component in our Western culture which is very yang-like: full of stress, burn-out and depletion. They will explore how to use yoga and our breath to turn off the stress and start to rest and recharge the body.

The postures will be simple and accessible to everyone, but this does not mean that the practice will be easy; there will be some challenging moments.
