Vinyasa, Ashtanga Smiles

Join me, Michelle Higgins, for a strong Vinyasa and Ashtanga flowing fun-based asana yoga practice designed to challenge, lift your mood – and above all make you SMILE. In this workshop, we are not going to take anything too seriously!

Let’s balance, fly, wobble, bind and giggle together.
Yes, you might be challenged to move out of your comfort zone but enjoy the ride and the time you have with more challenging poses! Don’t allow the adult mind to kick in – the “ what if “ syndrome. Literally go with the flow.

Not suitable for complete beginners – at least 6 months of vinyasa flow/ashtanga style practice is required. If you are unsure whether this workshop is suitable for you please contact me prior to booking.
