Weekly online GROUP Yoga Classes from Varvara’s Lymington based studio.

Online Weekly Yoga Flow & Healthy Living Coaching classes are suitable for Beginners and Intermediates. Using Seated mindfulness and guided meditation to ground and bring focus to our breath. Various breathing techniques and flowing movements and stretching to increase your flexibility and inner and outer strength.

It’s also hugely beneficial for weight management, detoxification and bringing new vital energy back into our system after prolonged time spent inside. A really important practice for keeping on top of stress, anxiety and giving you a positive outlook on life and healthy living.
