Mindfulness is the simple, yet profound art of noticing the many incredible aspects of our experience in each moment. Cultivating mindful awareness can enhance well-being, help cope with stress and improve mood.
Joining an eight-week course will support you in becoming more fully present in each moment of your life, more able to disengage from the chatter of the mind, increase your appreciation of enjoyable experiences and develop your ability to effectively manage difficulties when these arise.
The next online Mindfulness course is scheduled to commence on 8th February 2021 and will take place from 7 pm – 9 pm for 8 consecutive Mondays until 29th March.
