A Morning Warm-Up Exercise is a wonderful way to start your day!
A regular Morning Warm-Up class has a profound effect on wellbeing through the transformation of tension into relaxation. In this informative and creative Morning Warm-Up Exercise class, you will be guided through movement and bodywork with a focus on your natural breath flow. Helena will support you to find natural and fluid quality of movement to breathe, assisting in releasing rigidity, stiffness and stress.
Please email Helena to express your interest in the scheduled or 1 to 1 class. To confirm your attendance and payment, she will send you the HE AQUATICS: booking form and health assessment form to fill in; the Health & Fitness Statement; and the Zoom meeting link with ID and Password.
Morning Warm Up classes every Tuesday and Thursday (8-9 am, followed by an optional 15 minutes Q&A), Cost £8 drop in, £30 block bookings (4 weeks), no refunds. Private sessions 1 to 1 any time during the week available, Cost £20 for 1 hour.
