This eight-week course. with Sarah Monro, Mindful Life Dorset, is for anyone who would like to experience the benefits of cultivating mindfulness.
Mindfulness is the simple, yet profound art of noticing the many incredible aspects of our experience in each moment, which we can often miss because our attention is elsewhere, perhaps we are lost in thought or preoccupied with discomfort. Cultivating mindful awareness can enhance our lives as well as helping us to cope with difficulties when these arise.
Starting on 5th October and the last class is on Monday 23rd November 2020. 7pm – 9pm
£175 if we are meeting online. £220 for the eight-week course and practice day if we are meeting at Sarpenela Natural Therapies Centre.
