Join us for Kundalini Yoga on the lawn every Monday 8-9 pm and Saturday 10:30 am-12:00pm (as well as zoom – contact me for access link) in Brockenhurst.
In Kundalini Yoga class you could expect dynamic exercises and postures with a focus on the breath. This allows for great results even though there is plenty of room in getting posture perfect. Each exercise can be adapted to suit different levels of flexibility and/or body’s limitations.
We incorporate mantra chanting as well as meditations in our sessions, which is very beneficial for easy reach of Shuniya (inner silence), calmness and stress free state.
Every session would use a different Kriya (set) to work on the different aspect of life, ie lymphatic system, strengthening nervous system, arcline clearing, heart opener and so on.
In this one of a kind class we offer half an hour confidential check-ins in sharing circle before the yoga class (optional to each participant).
Plenty of parking on road. Come straight to the garden, no need to ring door bell.
Sanitizer will be in gate.
Toilet is provided.
Bring your own mat and water.
If you are joining ONLINE make sure you have enough space to stretch up standing, stretch along the floor, as well as bringing arms out to the side.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. No need for Lycra 🙂
Children are very welcome into the space, however be aware, they might disrupt your routine. It will not bother us too much as we can mute your mic 🙂
