Known as the Yoga of Awareness – Kundalini yoga combines movement, breathwork, mantra and meditation to work on your all aspects of your body, mind and soul.
Balancing and shifting energy in the body each exercise set, or kriya, works to gain a specific outcome. Whether you are looking to gain more energy, activate your nervous systems, shift your mindset, reduce stress, or just bringing a positive mood to the day there will be the perfect set for your needs!
Whether you have practiced yoga of any kind before or if this is your first time you are very welcome to attend and your teacher Jo will be on hand to make sure your experience is enjoyable and that you leave feeling uplifted and radiant!
Classes are held at The Retreat, New Forest and therefore places will be limited to ensure you have plenty of room at a safe social distance so pre-booking is essential.
