I invite you to join me on Sunday 1 August 2021 at Brocas Hall in Bramley, Hampshire for an introductory Qigong Workshop from 14:30-17:30.
Aimed at beginners, the workshop will introduce you to basic exercises from the Dragon & Tiger Qigong system. Qigong uses gentle physical movements, sensitivity and intention to work with your Qi (energy) and to create a more vibrant and balanced movement of Qi and fluids through your system.

• Getting you into and aware of your body

These gentle mind/body/energy exercises for health, wellbeing, and relaxation are designed to offer practical solutions to the stresses of modern life – practices that you can do at home on your own in just a few minutes every day, any time you feel you need them. Exercises can be done standing, or sitting on a chair, depending on your personal capacity.
Qigong is a lot like Tai Chi, but without the need to learn a form before working on the deeper material required to bring you immediate benefits in your daily life.
Brocas Hall has free car parking and Bramley rail station is an easy, five-minute walk away. Bramley station is on the Reading to Basingstoke line.
