This Mindfulness course is offered by Sarah Monro to enhance well-being, help cope with stress and improve mood. Cultivating mindfulness enables us to be more present in each moment of our lives, and therefore fully appreciate enjoyable experiences and cope more effectively with challenges and difficulties when these arise.
The next course is scheduled to commence on 1st June 2020 and will take place 7-9pm for 8 consecutive Mondays until 20th July, with a practice day 10am-4pm on 11th July.
If possible, the course will take place at Sarpenela Natural Therapies Centre, Farnham, Dorset, DT11 8DG. If we are unable to meet face-to-face then this course will take place online using Zoom. Under these circumstances the practice day would not be able to go ahead, however, this would be rescheduled when this becomes possible.
