A 75 Minute Practice of either Ashtanga Primary Series, or Rocket 1 or 2 taught by Zoe Porter.
This style of yoga is fast-paced, dynamic, and fun with plenty of chances to play on your mat with arm balances and inversions!
Suitable for all levels as modifications and progressions will be provided.
This workshop will take place on Wednesday evenings in The Amythyst Cave in New Milton.
